We can help you to not be in hospital, and look after you at home.

We know that in most cases, people want to stay at home for as long as possible, even when receiving care. We work with our clients and their families to help make this a reality. This familiarity and comfort with your surroundings can only be of benefit to you.

The types of homecare that we provide will include supporting those who:

  • Have dementia
  • Have physical health needs, or mobility needs
  • Want some company
  • Palliative / end-of-life care
  • Respite care to relieve family and / or other full-time Carers
  • Live-in care

At Arale Care, we always think about what our team can do to best support our clients. This focus on service excellence helps to ensure clients are looked after in the best way possible, that they and their families are as happy with us as possible and that care plans up to date and reflect the latest risks per client.

Arale’s core values are to:

  • Be compassionate.
  • Be respectful.
  • Be trustworthy and honest.
  • Know all of our clients for who they are and what is important to them.

These values are key considerations when recruiting new staff. New staff must buy into these values. We don’t “just talk about” Person-Centred Care. We live it every day and assist our clients to live as independently as possible and control their own lives.
